When I feel like nothing is going right, I stop and count the many blessings that I have. If I would make a list of the blessings it would go on and on, but I won't. I will tell you of my newest blessing. That is the pencil sharpner!
It is electric! For the past 9 years of homeschooling, I have faithfully sharpened many pencils by the handheld sharpner. Dreaming of the day that I would own an electric sharpner! That day finally arrived. My kids came home from shopping with their Dad and showed me the surprise that they got me. It was an electric pencil sharpner! Of course, they plugged it in and got out all those dull pencils and began to sharpen. Wow! I had sharp pencils. Now there is no excuse for why the pencil is dull.

lol congrats on the new blessing of a pencil sharpener! When we stop and look at the little blessings it makes the day brighter. We don't always need a large blessing, small ones should do.

We have an electric pencil sharpener. But it is quite worn out. I cannot bear to part with it. It sure was nice when it worked. I LOVED it.
But don't buy me an electric can opener because I will not use it.
